This New Brunswick Scientific Innova 4230 Refrigerated Incubator Shaker was removed from a university where it was surplus to requirements.
The unit powers on and has been tested to 37C as well as the max of 80C.
However, the refrigeration does not appear to cool below room tempreature, so the refrigeration is not currently working. It may have a refrigerant leak, or require a new compressor etc.
Therefore, the unit is suitable as a heating / shaking incubator only, and not a refrigerated incubator without further work.
The shaker works at 25-400rpm.
Outside of a few dents, the unit is in good condition.
